Recovery Update #2
Healing and heading in the right direction.
Tomorrow will be exactly two weeks since my fall and broken rib.
I'm definitely not at 100% but I'm much closer than last week. I did an hour ride on the trainer yesterday and felt really good sweat a bit.
I'm planning to job a bit this weekend or early next week and also do a short swim to see how things feel.
Currently I'm working on nutrition. I'll write more about it later. On my ride I was feeling good out of the gates and then 20 minutes later hit a wall. I don't know what it was but I didn't feel right. I got off and ate and will come back to it later. Of course a bit of self-doubt crept in but ultimately, it's going to be a process getting back to where I was. Just need to stay positive and keep myself moving forward.
