August 14th, 2023 — Last week of the base phase before a recovery week and then the build phase.
August 20th, 2023 — This week is active recovery and I'm feeling like I'm in a really good place physically.
August 27th, 2023 — We're into the build phase for this upcoming race and I'm ready for it.
August 28th, 2023 — Nearing the halfway point to race day. Feeling good, strong, and healthy.
September 10th, 2023 — Last week of the build phase before another active recovery.
